TDX Merge Duplicate Tickets

- To merge duplicate tickets, you will want to open the ticket that was created first (that's my take, I typically take the one that has the oldest ticket number)
On the General Tab in the ticket, click on Actions - Merge Into
Add the ticket number in the field and it should populate the name of the ticket so select the name of it:
Hit save.
