TDX Merge Duplicate Tickets

  1. To merge duplicate tickets, you will want to open the ticket that was created first (that's my take, I typically take the one that has the oldest ticket number)
    • On the General Tab in the ticket, click on Actions - Merge Into

    • Add the ticket number in the field and it should populate the name of the ticket so select the name of it:

    • Hit save.
