Early enrollment issues and questions get sent to Early Enrollment Services

Due to previous interactions with the following problem, Early Enrolled students are often unable to be assisted by the IT department when it revolves around their account. Early Enrollment Services is the department, in these situations, that the student must be sent to for assistance. IT is not able to access the system in which the Early Enrolled student need access for, thus sending them to IT services can result in the student having to be forwarded to another department again. It is best to send these students directly to Early Enrollment Services and maintain the student going through that system for most assistance.
